Celebrate Spring with Perfect Easter Recipes

Enjoying family planting day with my little girl!
The fields and trees around my house are dressed up now in that beautiful fresh green color that just says spring. Here in the South, we get spring a little sooner than a lot of other parts of the country, but it’s just as special — there’s a sense of expectation and excitement, as flowers begin to open, the first vegetables in the garden start to sprout, and the trees are filled with hungry baby birds in their nests, waiting for their busy parents to come feed them.
I love feeding a crowd at Easter, getting my whole family together to enjoy the first taste of spring around the table, from early strawberries to fresh asparagus to tender lamb. Whether you’re fixing brunch or dinner, these recipes are a perfect celebration of springtime and family.
