Stacy Lyn’s Meal Made Easy: Pulled Pork Sliders
It’s time for another Meal Made Easy! This is one of my favorite posts to create in that it inspires the rest of my meals for the upcoming weekend. I hope you are enjoying them. This week’s meal features pulled pork sliders.
This week, sliders have been on my mind–namely, pork sliders. While great for entertaining a crowd, this recipe is also perfect as the center of a family meal. You really can’t have pork sliders without my favorite mustardy apple coleslaw and a side of my healthier “baked” sweet potato fries. Can you just imagine how comforting this meal is going to be to enjoy with your family?
As if the sliders and sweet potatoes aren’t enough, the roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon are like eating candy! I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but trust me, they are incredibly delicious! My kids love these sprouts so much that they ask me to make them as a side dish just about every other night. I’ve even eaten them as a meal on their own.
I felt that a simple dessert of homemade pear pie served with vanilla ice cream is the perfect finishing touch. I hope you agree!! See you here next week!
