Meal Made Easy – I just love these days! I already have the meal planned out. I’m basing this meal around decadence. I want depth of flavor in everything I taste for this meal, from the Cappuccino Cake to the Braised Short Ribs and Ginger Gremolata.
The short ribs recipe is so easy, but it gives you real credibility in the kitchen. Your family will feel you have taken it up a notch with that gremolata.
The creamy potato salad balances the textures in this meal and the Brussels sprouts will add the green that you need in your diet without even knowing they are packed full of health!
To top it off, the crunch and creamy you get from the fried cornbread will make this meal your new favorite.
And what can I say about the Cappuccino Cake. I could start my meal and finish it with a huge slice of it with chocolate ice cream!!
