Baked BBQ Ribs – Stacy Lyn’s Meal Made Easy

It’s late May, a beautiful time in Alabama where I live. I start thinking about cookouts around this time of year. The weather is warming up, and our family seems to stay outdoors pretty much all day every day. On days like these, I hanker for BBQ ribs fresh off the grill with all the fixings. However, if you can’t grill or if you just want to keep things easy, then these baked BBQ ribs are just as good. They give you that delicious smoky BBQ flavor without the mess and fuss of grilling.

BBQ Ribs, Crawfish Mac and Cheese, Salad, Croutons, and Bread

I can’t think of many things better than eating out on the picnic table with the family devouring Smoky Baked BBQ Ribs and stretchy, cheesy mac and cheese! This crawfish mac and cheese recipe is also a great way to use up leftover crawfish from a Crawfish Boil.

One of my favorites on this menu, believe it or not, is the salad. You heard me — the Italian salad. I can eat as much as I want to with no guilt! Plus, it’s just that good. It’s also the perfect, fresh complement to the ribs.

The croutons used in this recipe have the perfect crunch and chewy texture a sourdough crouton should have. Aside from that, they are the perfect flavor carriers. These croutons stay crunchy even when drenched with the fresh tomato and vinaigrette juices! It’s a serendipitous combo.
