Blade Show, June 1st, 2013

I look forward to speaking at the Blade Show at 11:00 eastern Saturday,  June 1st, 2013.  Living Ready gave me a spot to speak there concerning the preparation of deer from field to table; aging venison, tenderizing, reducing gaminess, and cooking.  Further, I plan sharing what “tools of the trade” I prefer and use.  See you there!
