Reviving Carrots

Reviving Carrots! ย Have you ever had carrots that go limp? ย Revive them completely by peeling them and leaving them in cold water in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. ย The carrots will absorb the water and crisp them as if you just pulled them right out of the ground. ย Gotta love that.
