This oven cooks all day. I love cooking pies, pizzas, and breads and then letting beans simmer into the evening without any electricity being used at all. There is just something awesome about that.

  1. This is pretty cool. We have a wood stove in our house, it’s amazing to us how easy it actually is to get a consistent temperature in the stove. I guess there’s no reason you couldn’t cook anything with a fire – did it a long time ago.

Absolutely Ashley. It really is very easy and the great thing about cooking over an open fire or in an outdoor oven is that the clean up is pretty easy. It seems to taste better. That may just be because of the idea that you are making it with such primative methods. Well, thanks and Have a very Merry Christmas!
