Southern Coca Cola Glazed Ham
Ham and cola go together like peanut butter and jelly. The flavor combination just works.

Cuisine American, Southern
- 1 7- to 8-pound fully cooked, bone-in ham
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can Coca Cola
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place ham in an aluminum foil-lined large roasting pan or 13- x 9-inch pan.
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, Coca Cola, Dijon mustard, and orange juice and mix well. Pour mixture over the ham and rub into the slices of the ham.
Bake covered on the lower rack for 2 1/2 hours, basting every 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes, or until the ham is browned. Remove ham from the oven and let rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve warm.
