Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Be careful not to overwork the turkey mixture.
Prepare ¼ pound balls and flatten to 3/4 inch thick patties.
Place patties on a griddle or grill on medium high heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and caramelized on each side. Serve on your favorite bun with your favorite toppings and condiments. In my opinion, Chipotle Dipping Sauce can’t be beat!
Notes
Hint: These patties do not shrink much so you do not have to compensate with larger patties.
