Easy Vinaigrette Dressing
The very best dressing for any salad is a simple vinaigrette dressing. These dressings are extremely versatile to fit the salad being served.

- 11/2 cups olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Place lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper into a medium-sized bowl. Slowly pour olive oil into mixture, while continuously whisking as to ensure an emulsion. Store vinaigrette for up to one week in an airtight container in refrigerator.
