BAKED PEACHES WITH HONEY AND ALMONDS
Baked Peaches with Honey and Almonds is a recipe you will use again and again. It's gorgeous and so incredibly delicious.
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 peaches halved , cored, and skinned
- 8 tablespoons skinned almonds
- 8 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in bottom of casserole and melt butter.
Place peaches core-side up in baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine almonds and honey. Divide the honey mixture among the peaches. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until peaches pierce easily with a knife. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
