Blue Cheese Dressing

This blue cheese dressing is simple to make and will dress up any salad!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, and blue cheese in a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
