Figs Stuffed with Mascarpone and Maple Walnuts

These stuffed figs have an amazing flavor. The mascarpone stuffing and crunchy maple walnuts make this dish sing.


  • 16 figs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup maple walnuts


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cross the top half of the figs with a paring knife, dividing the stem base into fourths.
  • Mix cream cheese, mascarpone, parsley, honey, and 1 ounce of walnuts in a medium bowl until smooth. Stuff about a teaspoon of the mixture into each fig. Place figs on a cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Prepare maple walnuts. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
